“Turkish Roses”
“Turkish Roses” is a series in memory of all those who have suffered death in war or through terrorism in this world.
Roses as a symbol of a people who died from terrorist attacks and war. And every flower crying with red paint drops on an abstract background. With the red drops I want to symbolize both blood and eternal life. On the graves of these dead, warm-smelling flowers with bright colors grow again, for me also a sign of forgiveness and forgetting.
New life....
“Late Summer”
A sign of the warm last days of summer and the splash of color in the countryside as the summer meadow flowers bloom in our gardens. A beautiful season and a theme full of freshness and light. I keep the paint watery for this technique so that the colors fuse and unite naturally.

“Spring”
The first warm days of May bring out the shy flowers in the garden. A special time of year that marks the end of the darker days of winter. From the tones of winter brown and black in the hedgerows, an explosion of white awakens early in the season and stands beautifully against a deep blue sky. A few weeks later the leaves begin to grow and a rush of green color is introduced into the palette and begins to gently overgrow the white. Painted using abstract technique, built up in many numerous layers and remind us how wonderful and complex this time of year is.
“Three Sisters”
The Three Sisters" is a large abstract painting in white, dark red and black/red with traces of pink. Complex structure and layers. Three roses symbolize 3 sisters (me and my 2 sisters who live in Mugla, Turkey). Each of them has a different, unique character, but they also have many things in common.

“Flower in the wind”
One of the first images in my flower series, Flower in the Wind. The movement of a beautiful flower as colors dance in abstract form. The drops of color keep the flower vibrant.
“Inside”
The “In-side Series” gets its form and expression from a lyric that really touched me: What we call the beginning is often the end. And to make an end is to make a beginning. The end is where we begin!

“Roses”
One of the early pictures from my flower series. Torn flower petals, signs of the desert, scattered pollen and above all silence that permeates these painted backgrounds through the use of collage to describe a spring that no longer exists with its bright colors and scents due to the changing cycle of the seasons. Which, however, lives in the moods, feelings, memories and imaginations of men who are as eager as they are of such joyous splendor.
